Refund policy
If you wish to return your Soveren product, you have a 10-day window from the date of receipt to do so for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. After this period, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. Any products held beyond 30 days cannot be returned.Â
Prior to returning any item, please contact us (info@soveren.co.za)Â to obtain a return authorization number (RAN). Ensure to include your original receipt with the return and clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package. Returns without the RAN will not be accepted. The returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, uninstalled, and clean. We do not accept cash on delivery (C.O.D) returns.Â
In case of our error necessitating a return, we will refund shipping charges, capped at standard rates, except for customers who choose express shipping.

Damaged Goods
Customers must contact the delivering carrier directly to file claims for merchandise damaged during shipment within three days. We are unable to initiate claims on behalf of customers. If packages show signs of damage upon arrival, please document the condition of the package by, for example, taking a picture, and send it in a mail to the carrier.
If damage is discovered when opening your package, promptly notify the carrier. Rest assured, we meticulously inspect all products before shipment and ensure proper packaging for all deliveries entrusted to the carrier.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
Soveren products are backed by “Powered by Soveren” warranty, providing coverage for the original purchaser for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically addresses failures stemming from defects in materials or workmanship. However, it does not extend to product damage caused by misuse, misapplication, or external forces such as accidents or damage incurred during car washes to either the product or the vehicle.
To qualify for warranty coverage, products must be acquired from an authorized Soveren reseller, with the invoice date marking the commencement of the one-year warranty period. No warranty is provided for products purchased secondhand or through unofficial channels.
The warranty exclusively applies to the Soveren product and its related components. Incidental and consequential damages arising from installation and use, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, and adverse effects on the manufacturer's new car warranty, are not covered. Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the cost of the goods sold.
